• Detection of suspected fraudulent or money-laundering activity.

Where an account is closed due to a player's own request (self-exclusion or voluntary closure), any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the player's verified payment method within the standard withdrawal processing timeline. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure regardless of the reason.
